The following principles apply to all work undertaken by "J-Soft" JSC. Being a Russian company, we try to stick strictly to the Western standards in management, planning, reporting and quality control.

• Management
  We appoint a project manager for every job that we undertake. Each manager is required to conduct the work to the customer's satisfaction in:
  • project budget
  • project schedule
  • quality standards
  • communication between "J-Soft" and the client
  
  
• Planning
  The first step in each of our projects is to develop a project's plan. Our procedure includes scheduling, resource planning and quality control.
  
  
• Reporting
  Regular reporting to the client is an important part of our external communication procedure. We provide consolidated status reports regularly, according to the provisions of our agreement with the client.
  
  
• Quality Control
  Quality controls defined during the planning usually include reviews, tests, inspections and walkthroughs.
  
  
• Problems resolution
  Our company uses standard procedures of issue management to ensure that problems, once identified, are recorded and followed up until they are resolved.
